摘要
离合器电磁阀测试控制器具有便携、独立的特点,可以通过接口直接与待测电磁阀连接以实现现场测控。采用SPI消息控制独立的比例阀驱动模块,灵活、可靠地根据测试要求采用自由调节电流或周期循环电流的控制方式以驱动电磁阀动作,并将当前阀块的设定电流值、反馈电流值、循环次数等信息通过CAN通信传输给上位机以便监控。
The clutch electromagnetic valve testing controller has the characteristics of portable and independent testing. It can be directly connected to the electromagnetic valve under test through interfaces in order to realize the field measurement and control. It can control independent proportional valve drive module with SPI messages, drive the electromagnetic valve according to the testing requirements through freely adjusting current or cycle current flexibly and reliably, and transmit the set current value, current feedback, cycle number and other information of the current valve via the CAN communication to the host computer for better monitoring.
