摘要
目的分析洗涤红细胞输注对自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择2011年10月至2013年12月收治的自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。全部患者均予以糖皮质激素治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予洗涤红细胞输血治疗。观察两组患者治疗1周后血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞(RBC)数量变化,以及患者贫血症状及体征,并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1周后Hb、RBC等指标较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洗涤细胞输注对于重度贫血的自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者是相对安全的,且操作更方便、快捷。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transfusion of washed red blood cells in treatment of patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia（ immunohemolytic anemia）. Methods Sixty patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia admitted in this hospital during October 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group with 30 cases. All these patients were given with glucocorticoid treatment,patients in observation group were additionally administrated with transfusion of washed red blood cells,the changes in level of hemoglobin（ Hb） and number of red blood cells（ RBC）,as well as the improvement in signs and symptoms were observed in all patients after treatment for one week. The difference in clinical efficacy of patients between these two groups had been observed. Results The total effective rate of 30 patients in observation group was 96. 67%,it was 80. 00% in patients of control group,and the difference in clinical efficacy between these two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The changes in level of Hb,RBC count and other indicators in patients of these2 groups after treatment for one week were compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The level of Hb,RBC count and other indicators in patients of observation group in one week after treatment were compared with those of patients in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of transfusion of washed red cells for treatment of patients with severe autoimmune hemolytic anemia is relatively safe,and its manipulation is very convenient.
