摘要
研究根据补偿性工资理论,建构了我国农村教师补充模型U=u(C,R),同时基于西部8县的调研数据,对农村教师补充效果指数U与农村教师补偿指数C、农村指数R之间的关系进行了多元回归分析,证实U与C、R之间分别呈正相关和负相关关系。实证结果与我国农村教师补充现状基本相符,证明补偿性工资理论适用于我国农村教师补充实践,建议各级政府制定合理的农村教师补充补偿政策,采用科学方法确定补偿额度并给予农村教师相应的货币和非货币补偿,并改善农村学校办学硬件条件,以吸引教师到农村任教。
This study has constructed rural teachers' supplement model U = u( C,R)( U,C,R,respectively for rural teachers' supplement effect index,rural teachers' compensation index,rural index) based on the theory of compensating wage differential. By using the survey data from 8 counties in western China,an empirical analysis for the relations of U,C,R was taken. After a regression analysis,a function model has been established. the model shows that there are positive relation between U and C and negative relation between U and R. This study also confirms that the theory of compensating wage is suitable for rural teachers' supplement practice in China. So we suggest that all levels of government should formulate appropriate supplementary compensation policy for rural teachers,adopt scientific methods to determine the amount of monetary and non-monetary compensation,and improve the school conditions to attract teachers working in rural areas.
