摘要
目的观察干姜黄芩黄连人参汤饮片与煮散在2型糖尿病SD大鼠动物模型中的药效学关系。方法将造模成功的72只大鼠按血糖值分六组:模型组、西药组、饮片组、煮散组、2/3饮片组、2/3煮散组,每组12只。另选12只作正常对照。模型组及正常组给予纯净水,西药组给予二甲双胍,饮片组、煮散组、2/3饮片组和2/3煮散组给予相应浓度的干姜黄芩黄连人参汤饮片和煮散剂。给药12周,监测大鼠体质量、血糖等变化。结果 1对大鼠体质量的影响:实验组SD大鼠体质量较正常对照组明显下降(P均<0.01),各给药组与模型组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2对大鼠血糖的影响:0、4、8周各给药组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),12周时2/3煮散组血糖值显著低于2/3饮片组[(14.3±5.2比20.6±5.8)mmol/L,P<0.01],且与饮片组差异无统计学意义[(14.3±5.2比14.9±6.5)mmol/L,P>0.05]。结论煮散可以节省约1/3的等量饮片。
Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamics of yinpian（tablets） and powder of Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetics in rats. Methods Type 2 diabetics model was successfully established in 72 SD rats.Model rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： model groups, western medicine group, yinpian group, 2/3 yinpian group, powder group, 2/3 powder group, with 12 rats in each group.Another 12 rats served as control. Model group and control group were given still water, western group was given DMBG, yinpian group and 2/3 yinpian group were given crude drug 1.8 g/m L and 1.2 g/m L yinpian,respectively,and powder group and 2/3 powder group were given crude drug 1.8 g/m L and 1.2 g/m L, respectively.The treatment course was 12 weeks.The body weight and blood glucose of rats were monitored during the period. Results The body weight of rats in model group was significantly decreased compared with that in control group（P〈0.01）; no significant difference was found between drug groups and model group（P〉0.05）. At 0, 4, and 8 weeks, the level of blood glucose in drug groups did not differ（P〈0.05）; at 12 weeks, the level of blood glucose in 2/3 powder group was significantly lower than that of 2/3 yinpian group（14.3±5.2 mmol/L vs 20.6±5.8 mmol/L, P〈0.01）but similar to that of yinpian group（14.9±6.5 mmol/L, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Powder of Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Decoction may save 1/3 usage of equivalent volume of yinpian to achieve the same therapeutic effect in treatment of type 2 diabetics.
