摘要
以典型车型覆盖件设计为例,系统分析摩托车覆盖件设计方法和流程。摩托车覆盖件设计首先通过油泥模型进行数据采集及处理,重点进行基于三维设计软件对覆盖件进行曲面设计和结构设计,包括塑料件选材、装配顺序确定、逆向曲面设计、结构设计、表面处理选择、配合结构、覆盖件三维检测和注塑模具设计等多个技术。
Taking the design of covering parts of the typical models as an example, the design method and process of the motorcycle covering parts are analyzed systematically. Motorcycle covering parts design firstly conduct data collection and processing with the clay model of data acquisition and processing with emphasis on surface design and structure design based on 3D design software, including the choosing of plastic material parts, determination of assembly sequence, surface reverse design, structure design, surface treatment choosing, mix structure, 3D detection for covering parts, and injection mold design etc..
