摘要
本文以独立学院是否实行激励机制和教师工作积极性为研究对象,以成本-收益原则为研究机理,以博弈理论为研究工具,建立了信息不完全对称下的独立学院教师激励博弈模型。利用模型分析在不同的条件下独立学院和教师的最优的战略选择,给出了独立学院是否实行激励机制与教师的反应曲线,进而分析了独立学院教师激励机制实行的必要性和教师工作积极性下降的原因。在模型分析的基础之上,通过借鉴企业和其他类型高校教师激励机制相关经验,给出独立学院激励机制的改进对策和建议。
Based on both the cost-benefit principle and the game theory, this paper focuses on the assumption as to whether the independent college enforces incentive mechanism to inspire teachers＇ work enthusiasm. Through the model analysis conducted by the independent college with teachers＇ optimal strategies, some countermeasures related to teachers＇ responsive curve and the necessity of incentive mechanism and teachers＇ work enthusiasm decline are recommended with the aim to further improve the incentive mechanism of independent college.
