摘要
生态移民是解决宁夏中南部山区35万贫困人口的有效手段。通过对宁夏生态移民用水的分析,总结了用水原则和配水标准、生态移民用水保障措施,并得出结论,只有解决了生态移民用水的困局,才能保障移民后续产业的发展,从而实现宁夏扶贫目标。
Ecological resettlement is an effective measure for alleviating poverty of 350,000 poor people in mountainous region in the middle and southern part of Ningxia Autonomous Region. A summary is made on water use principle, allocation standards, measure for securing water need of ecological resettlement through analysis of water use of resettled people in the province.
