摘要
将SWOT法和雷达图法引入生态建设状况分析中,改进了传统的分析方法,使生态建设状况分析从简单的定性分析发展为定性、定量相结合分析。以哈密地区伊吾县生态县建设为例,基于优势、劣势、机会、威胁的SWOT分析法,将伊吾县内部条件和外部环境相结合,找出了伊吾县生态县建设规划的发展方向和相应对策,为该县可持续发展提供理论支持。同时,在分析生态县建设指标时运用了雷达图分析法,明确了伊吾县生态县建设指标达标情况,对重点工程的提出提供了理论依据。
This article introduces SWOT method and radar diagram method into analyzing the situation of ecological construction. It can improve the traditional analysis method. The analysis method of the construction of the status of ecological county is developed from qualitative analysis to combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The authors took ecological county construction of Yiwu county in Hami area as an example,combined the internal conditions and external environment of the county to identify the direction of ecological county construction and corresponding countermeasures,by using the SWOT analysis method. The results provided theoretical support for the sustainable development of the county. The analysis of ecological county construction index used the radar map which made the Yiwu ecological county construction index standard clear,and provided the theoretical basis of major project.
