摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用Sun FireTMC18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇-水(50∶50,V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,在270 nm波长下,对甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂进行定量分析测定。结果表明,甲基硫菌灵的线性相关系数为0.999 21,标准偏差为0.074,变异系数为0.21%,平均回收率为99.06%。高效液相色谱法操作简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可供甲基硫菌灵质量控制使用。
The quantitative analysis method of thiophanate-methyl in suspension concentrate was developed by Wasters 600E High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) consisting Waters 2487 ultraviolet absorbance detector. The analytical column was a SunFireTM C18 column, 150.0 mm × 4.6 mm. The mobile phase was an methanol-water (50 : 50, V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature was kept at 30 ℃. The wavelength of detector was set at 270 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the analytical method for thiophanate-methyl was 0.999 21, the standard deviation was 0.074, the coefficient of variation was 0.21%, and the average recovery ratio was 99.06%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of thiophanate-methyl in suspension concentrate.
