摘要
目的通过观察正清风痛宁注射液穴位透皮疗法对慢性肾炎患者蛋白尿减轻和延缓肾功能进展的疗效,检测患者相关细胞因子和各相关生化指标的变化,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法将收治的慢性肾炎患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗加正清风痛宁注射液穴位透皮疗法。两组均治疗2个月后评价疗效。结果两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、TGF-β1及中医证候评分组内比较,治疗后均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Cr、BUN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正清风痛宁注射液穴位透皮疗法通过抑制TGF-β1的生成,从而降低慢性肾炎患者蛋白尿水平并延缓慢性肾炎患者的病情进展。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhengqinfengtongning injection acupoint transdermal therapy on reducing the proteinuria and delaying the progression of renal function of chronic nephritis. Thechanges of related cytokines and biochemical indicators in patients were observed, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods 60 cases of chronic nephritis patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group received conventional therapy plus Zhengqinfengtongning injection acupoint transdermal therapy. The curative effect of two groups was evaluated after 2 months of treatment. Results The quantitative of 24 hour urinary protein, TGF-β1, TCM symptom score were compared, which were better than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Comparison of Cr, Bun levels of two groups of patients after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning injection acupoint transdermal therapy, can significantly reduce the urinary protein level in patients with chronic nephritis and delay the progression of the disease byinhibiting generation of TGF-β1.
