16例主动脉破裂的CT影像学诊断分析

摘要 目的分析主动脉破裂的CT影像学表现,探讨CT检查对主动脉破裂的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的16例经手术证实的主动脉破裂患者的CT检查资料,观察主动脉破裂部位、大小、周围血肿有无及其与周围脏器的关系。结果本组16例主动脉破裂患者经CT平扫及增强扫描发现腹主动脉破裂12例,胸主动脉破裂4例,其中14例为主动脉瘤患者,2例为主动脉夹层破裂患者。结论 CT检查有助于提高主动脉破裂的诊断正确率,为临床治疗提供依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。
