摘要
目的观察人性化护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1月-2015年1月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的60例患者作为研究对象,所有患者根据护理干预措施不同,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组患者均采用常规三孔法施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,同时予常规护理,包括入院宣教、基础护理及术后监测生命体征等;观察组在常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理干预措施,比较两组术后VAS评分、并发症发生率及术中出血量、住院时间。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,观察组的首次肛门排气时间（23.1±1.9）h,明显快于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组的术中出血量（36.7±6.2）m L,明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组术后24 h、72 h患者的VAS评分分别显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组并发症发生率达20.0%,显著低于对照组的并发症发生率46.7%（P〈0.05）。结论行腹腔镜胆囊切除术中实施人性化护理,使患者积极主动地配合治疗和护理工作,有利于减轻疼痛、减少出血量,且术后并发症少,有利于促进患者的康复。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing treatment, 30 cases in each group, two groups of patients were treated with conventional three hole method. The observation group on the basis of control group was treated with human nursing intervention measures, the VAS score, the incidence of complications and intraoperative blood loss,length of stay were compared between two groups. Results Two groups of patients were successfully completed the operation, the first time of the observation group was（23.1±1.9）h, significantly faster than the control group（P〈0.05）. The amount of bleeding in the observation group was（36.7±6.2） m L, significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of 72 h and VAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no postoperative bile leakage and bleeding in the observation group, the incidence of complications was20.0%, significantly lower than the 46.7% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is conducive to reduce the pain, reduce the amount of bleeding, and with less postoperative complications, is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
