摘要
目的探讨手术室工作程序表在胃癌根治手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择80例胃癌根治手术患者为研究对象,其中对照组40例采用传统方法配合手术,观察组40例采用自行设计的手术室工作程序表实施手术配合,观察两组患者手术过程中护士岗位职责落实情况,并比较手术患者满意率及手术医师满意率。结果观察组患者手术过程中护士岗位职责落实情况明显优于对照组,观察组手术患者及医师满意率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用手术室工作程序表有效地提高了手术室护士的工作质量、手术患者及手术医师的满意率,实现了手术配合的有序、高效和安全。
Objective To explore the application effects of work schedule in patients receiving radical resection for gastric cancer. Methods 80 patients receiving radical resection for gastric cancer were divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The control group received routine method to assist operation, while the observation group received self-designed work schedule based on routine method. The implementation of nurses＇ duty during opera- tion and satisfaction rates of patients and surgeons were compared between those two groups. Results The implementa- tion of nurses＇ duty during operation in observation group was significantly better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rates of patients and surgeons in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of work schedule improves work quality of nurses and satisfaction rates of patients and surgeons during operation, and makes operation coordination efficient and safe.
