Neuronostatin的发现及其生理学功能的研究进展

摘要 Neuronostatin(简称NST)是最近刚发现的由生长抑素基因编码的另一种神经肽,它与生长抑素是由同一前体蛋白经过不同的加工过程而产生的,然而二者的结构与生理学功能是不同的。不同于生长抑素的环状结构,NST是由13个氨基酸组成的线性肽,并且其C端是酰胺化的。同生长抑素类似,NST分布广泛,参与了神经元功能调控、血压调控、摄食及饮水等。本文简要概括NST及其受体的研究进展,旨在加深对NST生理功能的认识和了解,为进一步研究作一铺垫。
