摘要
目的探讨根因分析法在急诊科急诊护理不良事件管理中的应用效果。方法收集沂水中心医院急诊科护理不良事件资料,运用根因分析法找出不良事件发生根本原因,同时制定有效预防、整改措施。统计分析实施前后急诊护理不良事件发生率、上报率,护患纠纷率、护理工作人员满意度有无差异。结果在实施根因分析法后急诊护理不良事件发生率显著下降、上报率明显升高(P<0.05),护患纠纷率较实施前明显下降(P<0.05);护理人员工作满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论根因分析法可以有效降低急诊急救护理不良事件发生率,同时可以有效预防护患纠纷的发生和提高护理人员工作满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of root cause analysis on the management of adverse events in emergency department.Methods The data of adverse events in emergency department were collected and root cause analysis was used to explore the root cause of adverse events,the effective preventions and rectification measures.The occurrence rate of adverse events in emergency department,the reporting rate,the rate of nurse-patient disputes and the nursing staff's satisfaction underwent statistical analysis.Results After the implementation of the root cause analysis,the occurrence rate of adverse events significantly decreased and the reporting rate increased significantly in emergency department(P〈0.05),the rate of nurse-patient disputes significantly decreased(P〈0.05)and the nursing staff's satisfaction increased significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusion Root cause analysis can be effectively used to reduce the incidence of adverse events in emergency care,to prevennt nurse-patient disputes and to raise nursing staff's satisfaction.
