摘要
介绍了蒙乃尔合金铸铜水套工业化实验工艺流程,分析了工艺流程中的难点及问题,通过研究煨制异形蒙乃尔管和非真空条件下纯铜熔炼工艺,设计合理的水套合箱浇铸方案,成功开发的铜基蒙乃尔管合金水套,水套无间隙度96.24%符合要求。经客户试用后,使用寿命可达7个月。能有效延长我国有色、黑色冶金冶炼炉的寿命,提高产量,并同时提升我国铜深加工产业生产规模与技术水平。
The Monel alloy cast copper water jacket industrialization experimental process was introduced. The difficulties and problems in the process are analyzed. The Monel alloy cast copper water jacket have been made by researching stewing shaped Monel pipes and copper smelting process under non--vacuum condition, designing Reasonable water box casting scheme. Water gap degree reached 96.24% to meet the requirement. After the trial of the customer, the life is up to 7 months. It can effectively extend the life of the non--ferrous and ferrous metallurgy furnace, increase production and improve the scale and technical level of copper deep processing industry in china.
