摘要
当代医学技术的发展取得了长足的进步,但是临床上治疗脊髓损伤的手段还非常有限,随着再生医学的发展,干细胞作为一种全新的治疗手段为临床医师治疗脊髓损伤等神经疾患带来了新希望。脊髓损伤的干细胞疗法具有为损伤的脊髓提供营养、分泌细胞因子、改变局部微环境或分化为神经元与宿主神经元建立突触桥接,或者分化为少突胶质细胞,使脱髓鞘的神经在髓鞘化从而修复受损的神经功能等优势,在治疗脊髓损伤中具有良好的前景。
Despite the considerable development of medical technology,the clinical treatment of spinal cord injury is still very limited. With the development of regenerative medicine,stem cells transplantation as a new treatment for spinal cord injury and other neurological disorders has brought new hope to the clinicians.Transplanted stem cells can provide nutrition,secrete cytokines,change the local microenvironment and even differentiate into neurons for the injury site. Synaptic bridge can also be established between the new growing neurons and the host neurons. Stem cells can differentiate into oligodendrocytes and regenerate to myelin to repair the damaged neural function,and have good prospects in the treatment of spinal cord injury.
