摘要
内镜下清除肠息肉在早期即被作为一种非外科手术处理肠癌癌前状态的方法提出来。相关技术在近几十年快速发展,根据息肉的大小、形态等不同,术者会采取不同的方法。常用的方法有氩离子凝固术,冷、热活检钳息肉切除术,冷、热圈套息肉切除术,内镜下黏膜切除术和内镜下黏膜剥离术。本文就肠镜下肠息肉治疗方法及其应用进展作一概述。
Endoscopic polypectomy is proposed in the early stage as a nonsurgical way of dealing with precancerous conditions of the intestine. According to the size and the morphology of the polyp, endoscopists will take a different ap- proach. Related techniques develop rapidly in recent decades. Available techniques include argon plasma coagulation, cold or hot forceps polypectomy, cold or hot snare polypectomy, endoscopic mucosal resection and endoscopic submuco- sal dissection. In this paper, the current progress of the different approaches in removing colon polyps was reviewed.
