基于中国餐厨垃圾性质的适宜资源化方法探讨 被引量:10

Appropriate Recycling Method Based on Characteristics of Chinese Food Residue

摘要 对比国内外餐厨垃圾性质特征,分析了我国餐厨垃圾的特异性,并据此差异性,提出了适宜的资源化方法,即湿热提油加厌氧消化。分析了该方法的生态优势和经济优势,介绍了该资源化流程对我国餐厨垃圾处理的必要性,讨论了湿热预处理对后续提油和厌氧消化的作用,并提出了该资源化流程的不足与问题。 The specific characteristics of food residue at home and abroad were compared, and the specificity of Chinese food residue was analyzed. Based on this, an appropriate recycling method which is anaerobic digestion after hydrothermal pre- treatment and oil extraction was put forward. Its ecological and economic advantages were analyzed. The necessity of this recy- cling flow for food residue treatment in China was introduced. The effect ofhydrothermal pretreatment on subsequentoil extrac- tion and anaerobic digestion were discussed. And the insufficiency and problems of this recycling flow were put forward.
