摘要
本文对荚膜多糖进行了概述,综述近年来细菌荚膜多糖相关的研究进展,并从理化性质与生物学功能的角度出发,总结了近年来荚膜多糖提取、分离、纯化等方面的研究,重点介绍了与荚膜多糖结构相关的研究进展。本文为进一步研究细菌致病性、分型机制提供必要的方法,为疫苗的设计提供基础数据,对加强致病菌的防控具有重要意义。
The purpose of this review is to summarize novel research progress on capsular polysaccharide(CPS),especially the related research progresses on bacterial capsular polysaccharide(CPS)are reviewed.The definition,physicochemical properties and biological functions of CPS were summarized in this review article.Study progresses on extraction,isolation and purification of CPS were discussed,especially those reports and results related to structural analysis.This information can contribute to the further research on the pathogenic and typing mechanism by the investigation of the relationship between CPS structures and pathogenicity and also the survival ability.In addition,the structures of CPS will be the basic data to prompt the design of both general and target vaccines.All of these play important roles on the prevention and control of pathogen infection.
