摘要
为解决血液透析结束后血管止血难度大、时间长,保证血管的流通,防止血管坏死,研究了一种既能防止透析针孔出血,又能避免血管堵塞和损坏的血管定压止血器。该血管定压止血器将需要止血的部位穿过固定架,再挤压充气囊向加压带充气,并且同时观察压力计的数值,参考事先确定的血液流通底限压力值进行针孔的止血操作。既能止血,又能避免血管内血液长时间停滞堵塞,防止血栓形成和组织坏死。其结构简单、造价低廉、操作方便,可望成为高压血管针孔止血的普及型用具。
It is pretty difficult to stop bleeding after hemodialysis and accordingly, it takes a relatively longer time. A device for pressure-stabilizing and hemostasis for blood vessel is designed particularly to deal with the problem. It could make sure the blood vessel unblocked and at the same time prevent angionecrosis. The device could prevent bleeding from pinhole formed due to the hemodialysis, and meanwhile, it could avoid vaso-occlusion and damage of the vessel. It is required to put the body part needing hemostasis through the fixed mount before putting the device in use, and then press the air-charging cell to inflate the compression zone, simultaneously observe the figure shown on the pressure gage, and read the pressure value for blood circulation for reference confirmed in advance to perform hemostasis for the pinhole. The device shows its advantage in hemostasis, avoiding long-time stagnation and vaso-occlusion inside the blood vessel, and thus prevents the thrombus and tissue necrosis from happening. Consisting of simple structure, lower cost as well as convenient to operate, the device is expected to be the affordable and popular device to stop bleeding for the pinhole from high blood pressure.
