摘要
研究了大庆油田高含水后期原油乳状液的油水分离特性 ,研制了一种适宜的原油热化学脱水破乳剂DRHP - 1,并以大庆油田第二采油厂南二九中转站 2 91计量间的油井采出液为介质 ,采用一种小型热化学脱水实验装置开展了热化学脱水现场实验 ,实验表明 :用该剂处理大庆油田高含水原油采出液 ,在脱水温度为 4 5℃、油相平均停留时间在 0 .6~ 1.0h ,破乳剂DRHP- 1加药量为 30mg/L的条件下 ,可以达到净化油含水率低于 0 .5 % ,污水中油的质量浓度低于10 0 0mg/L的指标。
The authors studied the oil water separation characteristic of high water cut produced fluid of Daqing oilfield,developed a kind of crude oil thermo chemical dehydration demulsifier DRHP-1,took the oil well produced fluid from No.291 metering plant of Daqing oilfield Nanerjiu transfer station as the testing medium,and conducted a minitype thermo chemical dehydration worksite test.The result showed that,using the demulsifier to treat high water cut produced fluid of Daqing oilfield under the operation conditions of dehydration temperature 45 ℃,settling time of oil between 0 6-1 0 h and demulsifier dosage 30 mg/L,the water cut in dehydrated oil was ≤0 5% and the oil cut in effluent water was ≤1000 mg/L.
