摘要
目的探究厚朴麻黄汤治疗慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院的60例慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者作为研究对象来进行进一步分析,每个组别为30例,分别为试验组和对照组。试验组用厚朴麻黄汤治疗,对照组用西药治疗,对比两个组别,分析通过不同的治疗方法后两个组别的临床疗效及患者的肺功能指标情况。结果患者经过不同的治疗方法治疗后,试验组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,且试验组的每一项肺功能指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者来说,进行厚朴麻黄汤治疗,在一定程度上改善了患者的各项肺功能情况,生活质量有所提高,临床上有较高的应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Houpu Mahuang decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis with emphysema. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis with emphysema, which admitted in our hospital, were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 30 cases. The experimental group was given Houpu Mahuang decoction. The control group was given Western medicine. The lung function index and clinical curative effect of the two groups after different treatment were compared. Results After different treatments, the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the improvement of each lung function index was better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Houpu Mahuang decoction for patients with chronic bronchitis with emphysema can improve each lung function index and the quality of life, and it has higher clinical application value.
