摘要 Ghrelin是一种体内生长激素促分泌素受体(GHSR)的内源性配体,与受体结合后可发挥生理功能,已有研究表明,Ghrelin在多个系统发挥作用。近些年来Ghrelin在心血管系统中的生理功能受到国内外广泛关注,并且研究逐步深入。已经证实外源性Ghrelin对心血管系统具有重要的保护作用,且能减轻各种病理性损伤,这为未来心血管疾病的治疗提供了新的线索和思路,有望成为心血管疾病有效治疗中的新药物。 Ghrelin is a kind of endogenous ligand of growth hormone secretagogue receptor（GHSR）.It can play multiple physiological function after binding with its receptor.Existing researches have shown that ghrelin play very important roles in multiple systems.In recent years,more and more research focus on the roles of Ghrelin in cardiovascular system.Exogenous Ghrelin can reduce various kinds of pathological damage and have cardioprotective effects,which suggested that Ghrelin might be a new effective drug for cardiovascular diseases.
