层状围岩小净距隧道减振掘进爆破技术试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 小净距隧道掘进爆破在施工过程中,爆破产生的振动不可避免地对中隔墙产生扰动和损伤,影响其稳定性。层状围岩小净距隧道对爆破振动强度的控制更加严格。在重庆南涪高速公路鸭江隧道,针对常规掘进爆破和减振掘进爆破技术进行现场试验,根据试验结果得出了层状围岩小净距隧道中隔墙的振动强度分布特征,验证了减振掘进爆破技术中掏槽炮孔采用间隔装药并采取孔内分段毫秒延迟起爆的方法,可以有效地控制爆破振动强度,较常规爆破技术振动强度降低30%以上。 During the construction process of excavation blasting in small-distance tunnel, the blasting vibration inevitably disturbs and damages the middle wall, and influences the stability, and then the control of blasting vibration in small-distance tunnel becomes important. At Yajiang tunnel in Chongqing Nanfu highway, the experimental study on conventional tunnel blasting and vibration reduction blasting technology was performed, and the vibration intensity distribution characteristics of the middle wall in small-distance tunnel in stratiform surrounding rock were obtained, which verifies the vibration reduction technology with interval charging and millisecond delay blasting in the cutting hole,and the blasting vibration intensity got effectively controlled compared with the conventional technology, by which the blasting vibration intensity was reduced by more than 30%.
