摘要
为了研究破片对带金属壳体屏蔽炸药的起爆,基于Held的v^2d=const的裸装炸药的起爆判据,依据能量密度的理论和破片撞击带壳B炸药的实验数据推导出与破片、壳体和炸药以及角度有关的破片对带金属壳体屏蔽炸药的临界起爆判据,并采用了有限元软件LS-DYNA对破片起爆带壳炸药进行了数值模拟。结果表明:理论判据、数值模拟和实验值三者之间误差较小(10%以内),证明了该判据的合理性,可以很好的描述破片对带壳炸药的起爆特性,为后续冲击起爆实验研究和毁伤研究提供了理论参考。
To investigating initiation of shelled explosive by fragment,based on Heldg critical initiation criterion of high speed fragment impact on the bare charge, the model related to fragment, shell, explosives, and angle for calculating critical initiation speed,was deduced for the shelled explosive by the energy density theory and the experimental data of the shelled comp B. Meanwhile, the LS-DYNA was also used to simulate the initiation process of shelled explosive impacted by fragment. The results show that the errors of experiment value, numerical simulation and theoretic calculation were very small( 10% ) ,which described the ignition characteristics well and provided a reference for experiment and reliability studies in future.
