摘要
目的探讨多巴胺联合酚妥拉明对小儿肺炎并心力衰竭心肌酶及粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(s IL-2R)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取2013年3月至2015年3月收治的小儿肺炎并心力衰竭患儿100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。两组患儿均接受常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用多巴胺和酚妥拉明。结果两组患儿治疗后临床症状均有所改善,治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);心肌酶指标和G-CSF,s IL-2R,CRP均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为90.00%,显著优于对照组的66.00%(P<0.05)。结论多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗小儿肺炎并心力衰竭,能显著改善患儿的症状和心肌损伤,不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dopamine combined with phentolamine in the treatment of child pneumonia combined with heart failure and their effects on myocardial emzyme. Methods 100 cases of child pneumonia combined with heart failure from 2013 March to 2015 March were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 50 cases in each group. The two groups both received routine treatment,the treatment group additionally received dopamine and phentolamine. Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients in two groups were improved and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the myocardial enzyme（ LDH,AST,CK and CK- MB） and G- CSF,s IL-2R,CRP of patients in two groups were significantly lowered,and compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased more significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）; the total effective rate of treatment group was 90. 00%, which was significantly better than 66. 00% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Dopamine combined with phentolamine in treating child pneumonia combined with heart failure can significantly improve the symptoms and myocardial injury,reduce the adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion.
