摘要
目的研究心理护理干预对异位妊娠患者术前负性情绪的影响。方法选取2013年1月-2014年12月在我院接受异位妊娠手术的84例患者,按照护理方式分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上进行心理护理干预。两组护理前后均行焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）以及护理满意度评定,并将评定结果进行统计、分析。结果两组术前SAS和SDS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,术后均有所降低,且研究组术后的SAS和SDS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。护理后SCL-90中焦虑、抑郁、恐怖以及精神病性4个因子的检测中,研究组的各项评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。研究组在护理效果、服务态度、整体效果以及总分方面的评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对异位妊娠患者术前负性情绪实施心理护理干预,能显著改善其心理状况,促进其康复。
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods 84 patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to December2014 were selected.They were divided into study group and control group according to nursing method,with 42 cases in each groups.The control group was received conventional nursing,the study group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression scale（SDS）,symptom check-list 90（SCL-90） and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in two groups before and after nursing,and the results were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference of SAS and SDS score between the two groups（P〈0.05）,and these were decreased before surgery.SAS and SDS score in the study group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The score of anxiety,depression,terror and psychosis in SCL-90 of study group was significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The score of nursing effect,service attitude,overall effect and overall outcome of study group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological status and promote rehabilitation of patients with ectopic pregnancy.
