摘要
目的 探讨重性精神疾病社区管理模式。方法 选取2011年11月~2013年11月收治的重性精神病患者80例,随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组40人。对照组给予常规康复管理。观察组对成员进行社会功能训练,生活技能培训,健康知识学习等社区管理模式干预。对两组成员实施2年定期随访。并用社会功能缺陷评定量表（SDSS）进行评分,并作分析与对比。结果 观察组成员社会功能缺陷评定量表评分优于对照组,观察组和对照组比较存在差异（P〈0.05）。结论 重性精神疾病社区管理模式是可行的,对重性精神疾病患者康复有帮助。
Objective To investigate the serious mental illness in community management. Methods Selection from November 2011 to November 2013 treated 80 cases of severe psychiatric patients,randomly divided into two groups,study group and control group,each group of 40 people. The control group received routine rehabilitation management. Members of the study group on social rehabilitation,and life-skills training,learning community management model of intervention of health knowledge. Imposed on members of the group for 2 years followed up on a regular basis. And social dysfunction rating scale（SDSS）rating and analysis and comparison. Results Group membership social disability assessment scale scores were better than the control group. Study group and control group had differences（P 0.05）. Conclusion Serious mental illness community management is feasible,to help rehabilitation in patients with serious mental illness.
