摘要
河北省南水北调配套工程自动化系统由12个子系统构成,在设计中采用"专业分区与管理分层"的设计理念,并在应用支撑平台中采用集中部署方式和虚拟化技术,在数据资源管理平台中配置异地备份数据中心,在工程监控系统中增设区域应急调度站,在主干通信管网中借助总干渠备用管孔,采用微管微缆技术等先进设计方法,形成"集中调度与区域应急调度"的新型调度模式、"二级监控与三级管理"的新型管控模式,极好地适应自动化系统建设需求。
The automation system of South-to-North water transfer auxiliary project in Hebei Province consists of 12 subsystems, using the design concept of "Professional Partitioning and Hierarchical Management". The application supporting platform adopts technology of centralized deployment and the virtualization. The data resource management platform is configured with a remote backup data center, the monitoring and control system of the project is added the regional emergency dispatching station. With the aid of the spare tube hole of the main canal and technology of microtubules and micro cable, the trunk communication network forms a new scheduling model of centralized scheduling and regional emergency scheduling, and a new type of management mode of secondary monitor and threelevel management, they perfectly adapt to the construction requirements of the automation system.
