摘要
中药外治具有应用方便、安全程度高等优势,但仍有临床不良事件的发生。本文通过整理有关中药外治的历代医学及本草文献,对古今文献中的中药外治及其体现出的安全用药内容进行梳理归纳。结果表明,在中药外治萌芽的夏商周时期,医家即对中药外治有了安全应用认识。在中药外治理论形成的秦汉时期,安全用药思想初步形成,至快速发展的宋金元时期及明清的进一步成熟与完善时期,中药外治过程无不结合安全用药内容。通过梳理中药外治的历史沿革并对其体现出的安全用药内容进行探析,旨在为中药临床外用的药物警戒提供参考。
External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine featured with convenient application and high safety. In spite of the advantages,the clinical adverse events still occurred during the therapeutic process. The traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and its medication-use safety contents reflected in the ancient and modern literatures were concluded and arranged systematically by mining the representative medical and herbal documents. Based on the arrangement,four periods were sorted to clarify the evolution. The results showed that the doctors had realized the safety on the external use of traditional Chinese medicine in the initial stage fromXia period to Zhou period. The safety thought had been formed during the Qin-Han period where the theory of external therapy and external use formed. To the period of Song,it gained fast development with the increased application. It is further mature and improved with the advance of medicine and technology since the Ming-Qing dynasties. Most of all,the medication-use safety was ubiquitous during the external treatment period. By analyzing the evolution of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and the reflected safety thought,the article aimed to offer the references for the pharmacovigilance of external use of traditional Chinese medicine,and to guarantee the medication safety to a certain degree.
