摘要
以2012年学科调整为背景,以人文地理与城乡规划管理专业(简称城乡规划管理)培养目标、培养课程及就业方向为切入点,阐述了城乡规划管理专业人才培养模式的基本特点,并以内蒙古农业大学与内蒙古财经大学人文地理专业300名学生为调查对象,利用SPSS软件对数据进行分析,在此基础上对专业人才培养目标、教学内容体系、实践教学环节等提出了构建设想,最终总结出城乡规划管理专业应用型人才培养的基本模式。
Based on the subject adjustment in 2012,with the training target,training courses and employment direction of human geography and urban and rural planning and management { hereinafter referred to as the urban and rural planning management} as the breakthrough point, this paper expounds the basic characteristics of urban and rural planning management and the mode of talent cuhivatio. And with 300 student majored in human geogrophy specialty from Inner Mongolia Agricural University and Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as in- vestigation object, this paper analyzes the data with SPSS software. On the basis, this puts forward ideas of talents training target,teaching content system,practice teaching links and so on. Finally this paper puts forward the basic mode of cultivating applied talents of the urban and rural planning management.
