摆动从动件槽形圆柱凸轮机构参数化建模及多轴铣削加工研究

摘要 基于摆动从动件槽形圆柱凸轮机构的运动过程和规律进行研究,完成了圆柱凸轮轮廓曲线和轮廓曲面的数字化分析,实现了凸轮机构参数化数学模型的建立和多轴加工工艺的设计。针对具体应用实例,完成了圆柱凸轮的实际加工,提升了加工效率和精度,产品能保证凸轮机构的工作性能,传动精度满足要求。 Based on the research of the motion process and law of the cylindrical cam mechanism with oscillating follower, the mathematical model of the cam mechanism and the design of multi axis machining process are realized. For example, the practical machining of cylindrical cam is completed,the machining efficiency and precision are improved, and the working performance of the cam mechanism can be ensured.
