摘要
本文在充分肯定职业技能大赛对高职教育人才培养水平具有极大促进作用的基础上,提出了将技能大赛有机地融入到教学各环节的专业课程教学模式全方位改革的新思路和实施方案,即以技能大赛为风向标,以校企深入合作为基础,有针对性地修订人才培养方案,改革教学模式及考核方式,实现"课赛统一、课赛互促"。方案具有针对性强,适用范围广等特点,适合高职教育应用型人才培养目标。
In this paper,on the basis of the fact is affirmed fully that the professional skills competitions have great effects on the cultivating talents level of vocational education,new ideas and implementation plans about the comprehensive reform of specialty courses teaching model are presented. And the core is that the skills competitions should be organically melted into each teaching step. It means,to finally fulfill the aims that the courses and competitions are unified and mutual promoted,the skills competitions should be regarded as the vane and deep cooperation between college and enterprise be as the foundation,the plans include that talent trains scheme is revised accordingly,the teaching and evaluation modes are reformed. The schema has more pertinence and wide application rage,which adapts to the cultivation goal of applied talents of vocational education
