石蜡在熔体微分静电纺聚丙烯纤维中的作用研究

摘要 随着静电纺丝技术的发展,熔体静电纺丝因其环境友好、产量高而受到越来越多的关注,但是纤维直径过粗使其发展受到了限制。为了提高纤维细度、降低纤维摆幅,研究者通过添加不同含量的石蜡对聚丙烯(PP)进行改性,研究石蜡对聚丙烯熔体微分静电纺的纤维直径和纤维下落摆幅的影响。实验表明:石蜡作为添加剂,能够有效降低聚丙烯熔体的黏度,使得纤维的平均直径从4.48μm降到1.76μm;添加20%石蜡的聚丙烯熔体微分静电纺射流和纯聚丙烯熔体射流相比摆动半径从12.90mm降到2.63mm。 With the development of the electrospinning,melt-electrospinning gets more and more attention,because its environmental friendly and high yield.But the fiber diameter is too thick to make its development limit.The different amounts of paraffin were added for the modification of polypropylene.the effects of average fiber diameter and the processing of melt differential electrospinning by adding paraffin were studied.Experimental results showed that:paraffin as an additive,can effectively reduce the viscosity of polypropylene melt,so that an average diameter of fiber from 4.48μm reduced to 1.76μm.The swing radius of polypropylene with 20% paraffin compared to the pure polypropylene from 12.90 mm reduced to 2.63 mm.
