CD44与乳腺癌的相关研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 细胞粘附因子CD44是一种细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白,它能将信号从细胞表面受体传导至细胞核,介导相关因子的转录活化,从而影响细胞的增殖、凋亡与癌变等多种生物学反应;CD44+/CD24-/LOW蛋白是指表达CD4 4基因,不表达或低表达CD24基因的细胞表面糖蛋白,它是乳腺癌干细胞表面标志物。CD44、CD44+/CD24-/LOW与乳腺癌复发转移相关,下调CD44或CD44+/CD24-/LOW可以有效降低乳腺癌细胞增殖侵润转移能力。
