不同施磷水平下AM真菌对羊草生长的影响 被引量:11

Influence of AM Fungi on the Growth of Leymus chinensis under Phosphorus Applying at Different Rate

摘要 采用盆栽试验对不同施磷水平下接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对羊草生长的影响进行研究,结果表明:同地下部相比,羊草地上部对土壤中磷浓度的变化更敏感,接菌可以显著增加羊草的生物量,但根冠比显著降低;接菌后羊草的全氮含量降低,地上部全氮含量有随土壤中磷水平增加而降低的趋势;除10mg/kg水平外,接种菌根真菌后羊草地上部全磷含量没有增加,但地下部全磷含量增加效果显著;不同磷添加水平对菌根侵染率没有显著影响,当土壤中的磷添加量低于20mg/kg时,AMF的存在有利于羊草的菌根效应增加,这种作用可能是由于菌根真菌增加了羊草的吸氮量和吸磷量所致;当土壤中的磷添加量较低时,菌根真菌可以促进羊草的生长,但当添加量高于20mg/kg时,菌根真菌可能通过降低磷的吸收量来抑制羊草的生长。 A pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of AM fungi on the growth of Leymus chinensis under phosphorus applying at different rate.The results showed that:the interactive effects of AM fungi and phosphorus supplement had significantly effects on the biomass and ratio of root to shoot of L.chinensis,the biomass of L.chinensis increased and rate of root to shoot was decreased after inoculation,AM fungi reduced nitrogen concentration of L.chinensi,AM fungi did not increase phosphorus concentration in the aboveground part except phosphorus addition at P3 level(10mg/kg),but significantly increased phosphorus concentration in root.Phosphorus supplement levels had no significant influence on L.chinensis mycorrhizal infection rate.AM fungi was conducive to the mycorrhizal responsiveness of L.chinensis below 20mg/kg,this effect may be due to an increase effect of hyphal nitrogen and phosphorus contribution.This study showed that the presence of mycorrhizal fungi can promote the growth of L.chinensis at lower phosphorus addition level,the growth of L.chinensis could be decreased by symbiotic mycorrhizal fungi at addition rates above 20mg/kg.
