摘要
目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对原发性睾丸淋巴瘤的诊断价值，分析误诊原因，提高超声对本病的诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术后病理证实的9例（10只睾丸），原发性睾丸淋巴瘤患者术前超声检查资料。结果高频彩色多普勒超声术前诊断符合率70％。其中8例9只睾丸为弥漫浸润型，1例1只睾丸为结节型。彩色多普勒显示病灶内血流信号较丰富，频谱为低阻。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对原发睾丸淋巴瘤具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To discuss the value of high frenquency color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of primary testicular lymphoma, and explore the reason of misdiagnosis for improving ultrasound diagnosis. Methods Clinical ultrasound data of 9 patients （10 testiculars） with primary testicular lymphoma, who were confirmed by pathological examination, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The accuracy rate of the preoperative ultrasound diagnosis for 9 patients （10 testiculars） was 70%. Pathological results of 8 patients （9 testiculars） were diffuse type, 1 patient （1 testicular） was nodule type. CDFI showed the area of testicular lesions had abundant blood flow signals with low RI resistance. Conclusion High frenquency color doppler ultrasonography is of certain value in diagnosis of primary testicular lymphoma.
