Analysis on Thermal and Mechanical Characteristics of XLPE Insulating and Semiconductive Shielding Materials for HVDC Cables

摘要 为实现高压直流电缆绝缘料国产化和保证直流电缆系统运行的长期可靠性,选取了两种配方体系的典型直流电缆交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘料及半导电屏蔽料制备试验样品。利用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA)等技术,分析了试验样品的基本组成成分和分子结构特征,为判断电缆材料的优劣提供重要依据。对直流电缆绝缘料的热性能及机械性能进行了试验研究,考察了材料的导热性及热老化前后材料的力学性能变化,并对试验结果进行了对比分析,为未来直流电缆系统工程设计选型及建立直流绝缘料质量评价体系提供了基础试验数据支持。 To achieve the localization of HVDC cable insulating materials and guarantee the long-term operation reliability of DC cable system,test samples are parepared by two typical formulations of DC cable XLPE insulating and semiconductive shielding materials.The elementary component and molecular structure characteristics of the test samples are analysed by using differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis( TGA) in order to evaluate the performance of cable insulating material. Furthermore,the thermal and mechanical properties are experimentally investigated to study the changes of thermal conductivity and mechanical performance before and after thermal aging test. The comparison and analysis of the experimental results may provide basic experimental data support for future HVDC cable system engineering design and material selection,and forming a fundamental DC insulating material quality evaluation system.
