摘要
袁家滩二级电站位于赫章县拖保河与干河交汇处下游河谷内,电站工程建设施工阶段在引水渠道(0+100~0+220)段发生滑坡变形,滑坡体下滑过程中部分损坏了新修渠道的内侧墙,并大量堆积在新修渠道内,对引水渠道施工建设造成很大影响。通过对该滑坡体的工程地质条件、形成原因和稳定情况进行分析研究,并对处理方案进行探讨,提出了最终工程处理方案。方案实施后的情况表明:滑坡体处理方案是可行的,不仅为项目建设业主节约了投资费用,而且产生了较好的社会经济效益。
Yuanjiatan Second Cascade Power Station is located in the downstream valley on the intersection between Tuoluo River and Ganhe River in Hezhang County. Landslide deformation is produced at power station project construction stage in water diversion channel (0 + 100 to 0 + 220 ). Inside wall of newly-constructed channel is partially damaged in the landslide mass falling process. The mass is massively accumulated in newly-constructed channel, which has great influence on water diversion channel construction. The landslide mass engineering geological conditions, formation cause and stability condition are analyzed and studied. The treatment plan is discussed. Final project treatment plan is proposed. The condition after plan implementation shows that the landslide mass treatment plan is feasible, which not only can save investment cost for project construction owner, but also can produce better social and economic benefits.
