摘要
目的:观察坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效及对患者早期症状的改善效果。方法:87例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为观察组45例和对照组42例。观察组予坤泰胶囊治疗,对照组予替勃龙治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清FSH、E_2水平、子宫内膜厚度、KI评分,以及患者肝、肾功能指标和血脂水平变化。结果:治疗后两组患者KI评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FSH和E_2水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组FSH和E_2水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前后子宫内膜厚度无明显变化(P>0.05),各项肝肾功能指标和血脂指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。观察组药品不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征,能有效改善患者早期症状和激素水平,疗效与替勃龙相当,安全性高,不良反应小,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To study the efficacy of Kuntai capsules on perimenopause syndrome and the improvement of early symptoms. Methods： Totally 87 women with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the eontrel group with 42 ones and 45 ones, respectively. The observation group was given Kuntai capsules, the control group was treated with tibolone, and the treatment course was 3 months. The serum levels of FSH and E2, endometrial thickness, KI score and the changes of liver and kidney function and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results： After the treatment, the KI score of the two groups was significantly decreased when compared with that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）, however, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the FSH and E2 levels in the two groups were significantly improved when compared with those before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the chnical total effective rate （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the two groups. There were no significant changes in the endometrial thickness, liver and kidney function indicators and blood lipids index in the two groups before and after the treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The rate of adverese drug reactions in observation group was much lowel than that in the contral group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Kuntai capsules in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can effectively improve the early symptoms and the hormone levels with the similar efficacy to tibolone with high safety and few adverse reactions, which is worthy of promoted clinical use.
