Mechanisms and clinical management of myofascial pain syndrome

摘要 肌筋膜疼痛综合征是激痛点引起的疼痛性疾病,其发病率非常高,而治疗相对困难。本文对肌筋膜疼痛综合征的机理、诊断以及治疗作一综述。 Myofascial pain syndrome is a kind of painful disease caused hy trigger points. It has ex- tremely high prevalence and is refractory to medical therapy. So the mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment prin- ciples are reviewed in this article.
