几种结核菌感染检测方法在儿童结核性脑膜炎早期诊断中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 【目的】比较结核感染T细胞斑点试验（T-SPOT．TB）、结核菌素试验（PPD）、结核抗体、结核杆菌DNA荧光定量检测（TB-DNA）等方法在儿童结核性脑膜炎（TBM）早期诊断中的应用价值。【方法】回顾性分析2012年2月至2013年8月本院收治并明确诊断的TBM及非TBM病例共82例的临床资料。【结果】在几种方法中，TBM组用T-SPOT.TB法检测阳性率约为90．7％，而非TBM组则未检测出阳性结果，其他方法误诊率均较高。【结论】几种结核感染诊断方法中，采用T-SPOT．TB法检测具有明显的优势，在TBM的早期诊断中具有重要的应用价值。
