摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者中的应用。方法:将50例老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加心理、饮食、用药、血糖监测、疼痛、防跌倒、防坠床等方面的舒适护理措施。结果:观察组与对照组比较临床症状改善明显,住院天数减少,患者满意度明显升高,跌倒、坠床意外事件明显减少。结论:舒适护理是提高老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的生活质量,加快疾病康复,减少跌倒、坠床意外事件发生的有效护理方法。
Objective： To explore the application of comfort nursing in patients of senile diabetes with osteoporosis. Methods： 50 patients of senile diabetes with osteoporosis were divided into two groups in random. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group was treated with comfort nursing which adding measure of Psychology, diet, drug use, blood glucose monitoring, pain, prevention of falling, prevention of falling bed compare with conventional nursing. Results：The clinical symptoms of the observation group were improved significantly compare with the control group. Hospitalization days, the accident of falling and falling bed in the observation group were reduced significantly compare with the control group. Patient satisfaction of observation group increased significantly compare with the control group. Conclusion：Comfort nursing is the effective nursing method which can improve the quality of life of the patients of senile diabetes with osteoporosis, accelerate the recovery from disease, and reduce the accident of falling and falling bed.
