摘要
职业能力是体育教师从事体育教育教学必备的要求,中学体育教师职业能力关系到我国中学体育教育教学事业的整体水平。运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,在新课标这一视角下,对南充市中学体育教师基本情况、职业能力现状进行剖析,旨在促进我国中学体育教师职业能力的不断提高。
Vocational ability is the essential requirement of P. E. teachers in sports teaching and education.Middle school P. E. teachers ＇vocational ability has significance on the whole level of middle school P. E.teaching cause in China. With methods of literature,expert- interview and mathematical statistics and under the perspective of new curriculum standard,the paper analyzes the basic condition of P. E. teachers in middle schools of Nanchong and the situation of their vocational ability with the intention to constantly improve the vocational ability of P. E. teachers in middle schools of China.
