摘要
为改善蒸养混凝土的冬期制备,研究掺加UEA对蒸养混凝土冬期制备的强度影响。不同UEA掺量的混凝土在蒸养后分别采用三种室外养护方式。其它原料配比不变,掺加UEA的蒸养混凝土在冬期制备时的各龄期抗折强度和抗压强度优于不掺的蒸养混凝土,而劣于不掺的标准养护混凝土。且随UEA掺量的增加,蒸养混凝土冬期制备的各龄期强度先增加后降低。蒸养混凝土覆膜后再转入室外养护在冬期制备中较有利于UEA的作用发挥。该养护方式下,UEA掺量为6.0%时,28 d、90 d、120 d抗折强度分别达到同龄期空白标准养护混凝土的76.8%、74.5%、77.5%,抗压强度分别达到88.3%、87.5%、83.8%。
In order to improve the steam-curing concrete prepared in winter,the effect of UEA is studied in this paper. Three kinds of curing modes are used for concrete after steam curing. In the same mix proportion except UEA,the flexure strength and compression strength of the steam-curing concrete with UEA is better than without it,but worse than standard curing concrete without it at the different age.With UEA increasing,the strength increases and then decreases. Covering by film is good for the steamcuring concrete with UEA in winter. In this condition,the flexure strength of steam-concrete with 6%UEA is 76. 8%,74. 5%,77. 5% and the compression strength is 88. 3%,87. 5%,83. 8% to that of standard curing concrete without UEA at 28 d,90 d and 120 d.
