摘要
为提高船用空压机组的隔振性能,设计带隔声罩空压机组浮筏隔振系统.运用ANSYS建立该系统的有限元模型,对该系统进行模态分析和谐响应分析.分析结果表明:该系统符合设计要求,隔振效果良好;空间管系能够提高该系统整体的固有频率,并且能够提高该系统整体的隔振效果;扰动源的多少对该系统隔振性能影响不明显.所设计的系统能够提高船用空压机组的隔振性能.
To improve the vibration isolation performance of marine air compressor sets,the floating raft vibration isolation system of air compressor sets with acoustic shield is designed. An FEM model of the system is built by ANSYS. The modal analysis and the harmonic response analysis on the system are carried out. Results show that: the system meets the design requirement and is of good vibration isolation effect; spatial piping can improve the natural frequency and the vibration isolation effect of the whole system; the number of disturbance sources has less influence on the vibration isolation performance of the system. The designed system can improve the vibration isolation performance of marine air compressor sets.
