摘要
针对三相异步电动机调速系统采用传统PI控制只在一定范围内调速性能最优,对全范围调速难达到比较高的动态品质和稳态精度,因此从工程应用角度出发,通过基于误差和误差变化率分区方法选择伸缩因子对变论域模糊PI控制在三相异步电动机矢量控制全范围调速系统中的应用进行了设计;并对临近稳态阶段,由于"模糊控制规则"切换造成的转速响应不平滑提出了一种改善方法。通过与传统PI、模糊PI控制的仿真比较,结果表明所设计的变论域模糊PI控制器具有更强的适应性,在异步电动机高、中、低档调速中,性能最优。
To solve the problem which traditional PI control has the optimal performance only in a certain range ofspeed in speed control system of three phase asynchronous motor and cannot reach high dynamic performance andsteady state accuracy when applied for full range speed control system,the application of variable universe fuzzy PIcontroller was designed in three phase asynchronous motor vector control system from the point of engineeringapplication. The value of extension factors was chose by deviding regions of error and error rate. And a method was putforward to improve the unsmooth of speed response near steady state caused by the switching of fuzzy control rules.Comparing the performance of traditional PI control,fuzzy PI control and variable universe fuzzy PI control,the resultsshow the designed variable universe fuzzy PI control owns the strongest adaptability and has the best performance inspeed governing at top,middle and low grade.
