110kV某电缆线路故障分析与对策

摘要 分析了故障电缆的运行和维护数据,并对故障电缆解体进行解体。分析表明因电缆尾端铅封工艺不良,电缆终端下法兰盘处与电缆终端尾管、电缆外半导电屏蔽层之间产生较大电位差,在最薄弱点开始产生局部放电而击穿。因而在今后的工作中要加强电缆及其终端头的带电检测并在金属护套与尾管之间加装铜编制线,确保在封铅松动时仍能保持电气连接。 The operation maintenance data of faulted cable are analyzed and faulted cable is disintegrates. Analysis results show that cable failure is mainly due to the bad seals process of the cable end. And there is a potential difference among flange under cable terminal, cable terminal tail pipe, and semi-conductive shielding layer of outer cable, and at the weakest point it partially discharges and breakdowns. Thus live line inspections between cable and terminals must be enhanced in future work and braided copper wire must be installed between metal sheath and tail pipe to ensure that when the sealed lead is still loose, electrical connection can be maintained.
