摘要
微创是外科各大领域在21世纪寻求突破的新技术,是医患双方的共同追求目标。微创全髋人工关节置换术在骨科领域同样引起了广大的关注,是关节外科当今研究的热点问题。国内众多的医院已采用微创的方式进行人工髋关节置换,但报道不尽相同。本文回顾了微创全髋人工关节置换术目前在我国发展的情况,着重归纳了微创全髋人工关节置换术的适应证、手术入路以及其优缺点,以便于将该项技术更广泛地推广应用。
The minimally invasive surgery is the breakthrough of new technology in the 21st century, and it is our common goal. Minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty has been a hot issue in current articular surgery researches, which has aroused broad attention in the field of orthopaedics. Many domestic hospitals have adopted minimally invasive way in proceeding artificial hip replacement, but the reports were not the same. This article reviewed the current situation of minimally invasive total hip artificial joint replacement in China. In order to apply the technology more widely, this paper mainly summm-ized the minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty indications, surgical approach, as well as the advantages and disadvantages.
